This ranking is updated quarterly. If your company meets our inclusion criteria and is not currently listed, submit for consideration below.

Inclusion Criteria

Before submitting, confirm your company meets all three criteria:

UAE Operational Presence

Headquartered in UAE or operating a dedicated team — not a reseller arrangement — serving UAE enterprise clients. UAE-based offices staffed by your own employees qualify. Reseller or channel partner arrangements do not.

Cybersecurity as Primary Business

Cybersecurity services must be a primary offering, not a secondary add-on to IT services or telecommunications. Companies where cybersecurity represents less than 30% of revenue or headcount are typically out of scope.

Verifiable Technical Credentials

Senior practitioners must hold verifiable certifications (OSCP, CREST, CISSP, PCI QSA, or equivalent) or your firm must hold relevant accreditations (DESC, CREST, ISO 27001 as a provider). Self-described expertise without third-party validation is insufficient.

What to Include in Your Submission

Submissions that include the following are processed faster:

  • Company name, website, and UAE office location
  • Year founded and approximate UAE-based headcount
  • Primary services offered
  • Target industries and client size
  • Certifications held by senior practitioners (names not required)
  • Any relevant accreditations (DESC, CREST, PCI QSA certification body, etc.)
  • One or two anonymised case studies or client references (optional but helpful)

Submissions are reviewed within 30 business days of receipt. We may follow up with clarifying questions. Inclusion is not guaranteed — it depends on whether the company meets our criteria and whether the addition improves the ranking's utility for buyers. We do not communicate rejection decisions individually.
